        Newton

        MetroWest - Newton

        This facility located on the first floor at 863 Washington Street, includes five fully-equipped, air-conditioned studios, male and female dressing rooms, student and parent lounge areas, and an administrative suite which includes the offices for Boston Ballet School administration.

        The entrance to the school is located off the parking lot in the rear of the building. Washington Street is the street running parallel to the Mass Pike between exits 16 and 17. Free parking is available behind the school, and there is also metered parking on the street.

        • "From Route 128 South:  Take exit 24 (NEWTON/WAYLAND) and go east on ROUTE 30. Follow ROUTE 30 for approximately 1.5 miles through five lights. At the sixth light take a left onto ROUTE 16 East. Follow Route 16 through eight lights, keeping to the right. In the center of West Newton the sign will say ""Stay to the left for ROUTE 16."" At this point, keep right onto WASHINGTON STREET. Continue for approximately one mile, and Boston Ballet School will be on the left. The parking lot is in the rear, with the entry between the Sunoco Station and Boston Ballet School. From Boston: Take the MASS. PIKE West to exit 17. Go straight at the end of the off ramp, which puts you on WASHINGTON STREET by the Sheraton Tara. Stay on WASHINGTON STREET for approximately one mile. You will come to the intersection of WASHINGTON STREET and WALNUT STREET. Go straight through the intersection. The school is one block on the right. The parking lot is in the rear, with the entry between the Sunoco Station and Boston Ballet School.

          MBTA:

          From the Green line, take the D-Riverside line to the Newton Highlands stop and catch the 59 Bus from the Bank of America next to the train station; get off at the intersection of Washington and Walnut Streets. Walk one block west on Washington Street; the studios will be on your right.
          From South Station, take the 558 Bus and get off at the intersection of Washington and Walnut Streets; follow directions above.
          From Back Bay/South Station commuter rail, take the Worcester line to the Newtonville stop (please note that not all outbound trains stop at Newtonville during commuter hours). You will get off below the intersection of Washington and Walnut Streets; follow directions above. "
