This November will mark the 41st consecutive year in which Boston Ballet performs The Nutcracker, a classical ballet in two acts based on a story by E.T.A. Hoffmann. Artistic Director Mikko Nissinen's production features the entire Boston Ballet and close to 300 children from Boston Ballet School. The full Tchaikovsky score is performed live by the Boston Ballet Orchestra.
