BOSTON BALLET HOSTS DREAM BALL BENEFIT
WHAT: Boston Ballet, one of America’s leading dance companies, hosts its annual fundraising event on Saturday, April 12, 2008 at The Boston Center for the Arts Cyclorama. This year’s event, The Dream Ball, promises to be a spectacular evening, featuring world-class cuisine and a performance by Boston Ballet. This year’s theme is particularly apt, as Boston Ballet has been making dreams come true for thousands since its inception in 1963 through superb performances, high-caliber dance training, and comprehensive educational outreach programs. Following dinner, an auction and the performance, guests themselves will hit the dance floor.
Proceeds from The Dream Ball benefit Boston Ballet and its community outreach and educational programs.
This year’s Ball honors longtime Boston Ballet Trustee Ted Cutler and his wife, Joan. Boston Ballet is delighted to celebrate the Cutlers for their visionary leadership here as well as throughout the greater Boston arts community.
Finally, the participation of Rafanelli Events, Max Ultimate Food, Barefoot Wines and Be Our Guest Party Rentals will make this an event not to be missed.

Boston Ballet’s second company, Boston Ballet II, is made up of nine pre-professional dancers who gain experience by performing with Boston Ballet and as an independent group, presenting lecture-demonstrations and unique programs to audiences throughout the Northeast.
